Case Management – Cancer Care
This course will explain the case management approach to the management of long-term conditions. The course will help Community Matrons, District Nurses, and Senior Nurses to develop a confident approach to understanding and managing long-term conditions. The principles of case management are introduced and applied to the management of long-term conditions. Participants will also develop clinical skills by understanding head to toe clinical examination and assessment. There will also be the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills required for recognition, assessment and management of long-term conditions, including useful practical information.
