Course Introduction

This two day course will help you understand how advanced care planning can help patients, families and professionals in decision making for care during end of life. In addition, it will help you to reflect on your own practice and how it can be improved. We will discuss how to approach difficult conversations with effective communication strategies. This course is interactive and you will leave with the confidence to provide better care for your patients and clients.
