Course Introduction

This is a short workshop to introduce the concepts of medication management in patients with long-term conditions including cancer. We will discuss the principles of medication management; provide an overview of poly pharmacy issues in relation to the elderly and link this to the concepts of prescribing. This course builds on knowledge nurses have already gained throughout their professional development.

You will be allocated 6 CPD points on the completion of the course.
